A detailed quote is obtained by signing a service agreement between the parties. The renovation quote is provided within 10 days of the agreement being signed. The preparation fee is fully deductible if the project proceeds.

  • Under 30 m²: €350 (excl. tax)
  • 30 m² to 60 m²: €500 (excl. tax)
  • 60 m² to 130 m²: €750 (excl. tax)
  • 130 m² to 200 m²: €1,000 (excl. tax)
  • Over 200 m²: €1,250 (excl. tax)
